Last updated: March 15, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Deadline Deck website, the Deadline Deck application, any checkout or order pages used to sell or deliver Deadline Deck, and any support or sales communications you send to us.
2. Local-first design
Deadline Deck is designed to keep your deadline data under your control.
By default, the application stores your deadline data and app settings locally in your browser on your device. The app does not require a Deadline Deck account for core use. In ordinary local-only use, we do not receive, host, review, or store the deadline entries, notes, dates, or other matter data you enter into the app unless you choose to send that information to us yourself, such as in a support request.

3. Information we collect
We collect different information depending on how you use Deadline Deck.

4. How we use information
We use information we collect or receive to:
- provide the website and deliver Deadline Deck;

5. SharePoint use
If you host Deadline Deck on SharePoint and enable syncing, the app may store or sync data within your organization's Microsoft 365 environment.

6. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

The Web Storage API is distinct from cookies and allows browsers to store key-value data locally.
You can control cookies and local site storage through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect how the website, checkout flow, or app works.
7. How we share information
